Maldives National Skills Development Authority (MNSDA) has officially signed agreements with Maldives Institute of Technology (MIT) to develop 8 National Occupational Competency Standards along with their training packages for the following traditional skills; Fanaai rukufathi adhi sataain thakethi viyun, Thundhukuna viyun, Maavadhiya, Thileyrukan, Liyela jehun, Saanthiviyun

Feyliviyun, and Kasabugethun

This milestone reflects the key pledges of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and fulfills an important mandate of MNSDA, preserving and promoting our rich cultural heritage through skills development.
