The SMT of MNSDA met with the senior officials of the College of Defence and Security Studies (CDSS) of MNDF to explain the procedures for institution registration at MNSDA and programme registration for MNSDA's Institution-Based training (IBT), the National Apprenticeship Program (NAP) and National Trade Testing Certification (NTTC). Further discussions focused on ways to collaborate to enhance human capacity building.
